    British council Libya - Entrepreneurship

    The British council in Libya supports Libya's social, economic, cultural and education development, providing a range of services and activities in Libya in the Arts, Society, Science, Education support and information and English language teaching and qualifications. The British Council works with other local and international partners to deliver programmes in education promotion, arts and English, and works with local schools, women's groups, business groups and youth groups to deliver activities in science and society. 

    Talentology conducted a 3-day training program for the British Council in Libya covering the following topics:

    Time management, Communication Skills, Leadership, Team Building as well as Setting, Planning & Implementing Initiatives

    Nuqul Goal setting

    FINE Company requested a customized training workshop for FINE future managers on the topic of Goals. Consequently, The Talentology Training Company conducted face-2-face interviews (Training Needs Assessment) with the majority of participants and came up with a customized 2-day training workshop covering the following topics:

    Goal Setting (Information seeking, SMART Goals), Goal Planning (Breaking into pieces, setting priorities) & Achieving (Overcoming obstacles, resiliency).

    Zain - Handling Difficult customers

    We are all looking for a little comfort when being served as a customer. Our rushed lifestyles, overloaded schedules can make it difficult to be served. However, a kind word such as "I'm here to serve you" could turn the whole service into an enjoyable experience. Great service companies build a humane community that humanely serves customers.

    Talentology conducted a 1 Day training for 12 groups of call center agents and shop representatives in the aim of going out with a mind shifted towards customers and with the following in mind "I'm responsible, I'm the image of my company". This training covered the following points:

    Benefits of providing fantastic customer service, Identify and understanding common customer expectation as well as applying "AAA- methodology" when dealing with angry customers.

The challenge is that the skills to be a good employee are not the same set of skills necessary to be an effective manager.
