    Strengths Based Entrepreneurship

    Through years of research, Gallup has identified 10 specific requirements for success in an entrepreneurial role. The individual talent and knowledge people have gained over the years and through other life experiences will help to determine how successful they can be as entrepreneurs. The goal of the program is:

    -          - Help individuals come up with an entrepreneurial idea

    -          - Build a mini-business plan to validate the idea

    -          - Educate individuals about the 10 talents of highly successful entrepreneurs

    -          - Identify the top entrepreneurial talents that each Individual has

    -          - Help individuals become aware of the responsibilities of an entrepreneur and learn how to use their unique talents to meet them.


    Module 1

    Preparing yourself for success

    During this module Individuals will be presented with the importance of entrepreneurship and the concept of strengths based entrepreneurship

    Module 2

    The  entrepreneurial Idea

    During this module Individuals will learn the techniques of creative thinking and innovation in order to come up with the idea they want to work on.
